Clóna Buttermilk Chicken Sliders with Sour Cream & Carrot Slaw
- 4 Chicken Fillets
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 115ml Cider
- 115ml Clóna Buttermilk
Marinate for 1 hour. Coat the chicken in:
- Flour
- Beaten Egg
- Breadcrumbs
Bake at 190ºC for 30 mins
For the Carrot Slaw:
- Rocket
- Grated Carrot
- Spring Onion
- Clóna Sour Cream
- Garlic
- Salt
