Banana & Hazelnut High Protein Milk Shake with Sour Cream Toasted Hazelnut Topping

  • Bananas
  • 500ml High Protein Milk
  • 1-Tablespoon Honey
  • Pinch Fresh Ground Nutmeg
  • 6-8 Hazelnuts Toasted
  • 4 Tablespoons Sour Cream

Chop or crush the toasted hazel nuts.
In a smoothie blender add the peeled banana and high protein milk. Blend till smooth then add the honey and fresh ground nutmeg.
Pour the smoothie into glasses then add 2 tablespoons of Sour Cream and sprinkle generously the chopped toasted hazelnuts.
To toast hazel nuts simply place in a tray in oven and turn occasionally until a even roasted colour and slightly blistered.
